I can’t make an order online. What should I do?
Try to use another browser to make the order. Clearing the cache may also help. In more problematic situations contact us at info@happyjuice.eu. We will thoroughly investigate the situation and help you with your order.
Can I change the order afterwards?
If you have purchased the product, you cannot change the order itself. If you would like to change the order, contact us at info@happyjuice.eu. The order cannot be modified if it has been processed and sent already.
I made an order yesterday, but the order is still processing. What should I do?
Our processing time is around 1-4 working days. Make sure you have filled out the product receiving method. We strive to process our orders as quickly as possible. If the processing time has been longer than previously mentioned, please contact our customer support.
I would like to come pick up the products instead of having them delivered. Is this possible?
Yes. You can come pick up your order from our warehouse or arrange delivery for them.
Why happyjuice.eu can’t arrange delivery for the products
The law prevents the online store from arranging direct delivery to customers. This means that according to the law, the customer themselves has to arrange a delivery without depending on us.
